This highly durable 8mm thick CNC machined polycarbonate sheet is a direct replacement that not only gives a clean and flush finish, but is also great for cutting, cooking or working on.

Any 200 Series owner knows the punishment our tailgates go through whether it's standing on them to load the roof racks, fixing parts after that 5 o'çlock track, cooking with fat splatter going everywhere or the kids spilling drinks on. Now with the chopping board installed, a smooth finish makes wiping this surface down an absolute breeze.

Please Note: Installation requires the use of a nutsert gun. Add one into your order today. Easily installed in under an hour, you are fitting nutserts into the existing holes used by the carpet cover clips. You may also need a drill to slightly widen the holes before installing the nutsert, check before drilling. If in doubt always use a professional.

We strongly recommend applying a polyurethane adhesive such as Sikaflex 221 to prevent the board from warping when exposed to high heat (such as strong sunlight on a hot day)
