This is a brand new air bag load assist kit to suit the rear of the following vehicles:
- Ford Everest Next Gen – 2022 ONWARDS – 4WD.
- Ford Everest Tremor – 2025 ONWARDS.
We have used our 2503 triple convoluted bags so we can reach full extension yet they compress enough so as not to limit up travel or bump stop clearance. This kit does not limit travel in anyway.
The bags sit beside the coil springs – there are no rubbing parts and so we can stand by our 10 year warranty and that covers leaks or anything in the kit that may need to be addressed in that time.
The more you load up the more air you run in the bags. Under full load such as a large caravan you’d be running about 40 psi – which happens to be about the same as you run in the tyres. Funny about that – the physics is the same. When you are unloaded just run 10 psi in the bags to cushion your bump stop.
What has come to light is that other brand kits rattle and their airlines come out at the bottom – AAA kits do not rattle and this AAA kit has the air line come from the top where it is safe and does not move.
The top brackets bolt through pre-existing holes in the chassis and the lower bracket clamps around the axle. So there is no drilling, cutting or welding.
By selecting an “In-Cab Kit”, you will also be supplied with all the gear required to control the air in your bags from the inside of your vehicle, and you can option for us to supply a compressor for you too if you do not already have one installed. Pair your large in-cab kit with one of our air tanks if you wish to increase the capacity of your onboard air system.
The rubber in the bags is heavier than the rubber in the sidewalls of your tyres so they last for ever seeing there is no rubbing or moving parts as such. AAA kits come with a 10 year new for old warranty on all bags, brackets, airlines and valves.
