This part is the conical lock washer located on the 8mm axle retaining stud in the front axle flange of all Toyota Landcruiser 40 Series from 9/1975 on, all 60 Series, all 70 Series up to 8/1999, all 80 Series and all 4WD Hilux from 9/1979-2/2005. 

They also fit the rear axle of all Landcruiser 40, 60, 70 and 80 Series with the full floating rear axle from 9/1975-8/1999.
