Most high-end or aftermarket dampers don't come with the mounting bolts. These bolts fit most eye - eye aftermarket dampers and feature a tapered bolt on 1 side of the bolt to fit into the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) tapered drag link and chassis mount and a parallel bolt on the other side for the damper to mount to.
